Mission Statement

The mission of Growth Pathways is to support teens and young adults, including youth aging out of foster care and other at-risk or underserved youth, by providing or connecting them to housing, education, workforce development, employment opportunities, life-skills training, mentoring, supportive services, and resources that promote stability, independence, and self-sufficiency.

Purpose

Growth Pathways is organized for charitable and educational purposes. The organization will help young people in Southeastern Louisiana access:

• Safe transitional and supportive housing

• Education and GED assistance

• College, vocational, and workforce training

• Employment preparation and job opportunities

• Life-skills and financial-literacy education

• Mentoring and supportive services

• Transportation, technology, health, and wellness resources
